How to Treat Anthracnose Problems

Anthracnose is a plant disease that causes spots and blights on leaves. This fungal disease is common, and it affects all types of vegetables and fruits. Luckily, there are various products in the market that can help combat Anthracnose.

Neem Oil

This method is all-purpose. Neem oil can stop the development of fungal disease on the surfaces of stems or leaves. This solution can also lessen the number of aphids and other garden pests. These can bring spores to your plants. Therefore, it is better to use it.

Serenade Garden

Like Neem Oil, this can stop the development of fungal diseases. Because it has Bacillus subtilis, this natural fungicide can stop the growth of fungus. It also works well on most anthracnose strains.

Sulfur Dust Fungicide

Another good option is sulfur dust fungicide. You can use it to dry dust leaves, or you can mix it with water and spray it on your plants. Sulfur has a distinctive smell, but it is effective in dealing with fungal diseases.

If the mentioned methods do not work for you, you can try liquid copper fungicide. There are many liquid copper mixtures that work against anthracnose. It also works well with diseases that attack vegetables, ornamental plants, fruits, and trees.
